Speaker:

Martin Matzner is Professor of Information System and the Chair of Digital Industrial Service Systems at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität (FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg).

His research areas include business process management, business process analytics, as well as service engineering and service management. In these areas, he concluded and currently manages a number of research projects funded by the European Union, by the German Federal Government and by industry.
